New Case Management Software for National Chapter-Based High School Student Support Nonprofit
The Story
A national chapter-based organization whose mission it is to address the national high school dropout crisis was working with outdated, proprietary student case management and performance measurement databases. The organization places coordinators in schools to help provide a range of local–based services (medical, tutoring, counseling, etc.) to students at-risk for dropping out. In addition to access to the system for staff at the national, regional, state, and district levels, the organization required portal access for third-party providers and had complex reporting needs in order to meet requirements from multiple funders and government agencies.
Build provided a case management software assessment and selection services—working in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders at differing levels within the organization to identify the requirements to meet current and future needs in order to serve the organization’s mission for the next five to ten years. As a result of implementing the selected system, the organization was better able to coordinate the delivery of services to at-risk youth, and able to more accurately and easily measure outcomes and performance across all levels of their organization.
